About At Once
Founded by producer Katherine Guo, At Once Productions is a London-based theatre production company working across new writing, cross-cultural theatre and international touring.The company champions bold, culturally specific stage work with the ambition to travel across audiences, languages and markets. Its producing work includes Be Gay, For God’s Sake, an OffFest Finalist production by theatre collective Oh My My, with further projects in development across new writing and international collaboration.

Founder
Katherine Guo is a London-based theatre producer and founder of At Once Productions. Originally from China, she brings a cross-cultural perspective to producing, with experience across artist-led work, international collaboration and commercially ambitious theatre.Her producing work includes Be Gay, For God’s Sake, an OffFest Finalist production by East Asian queer theatre collective Oh My My. Her commercial theatre credits include Death Note: The Musical at the Barbican and The Heart Musical Off-Broadway. She has taken part in the National Theatre’s Producer Programme and has been selected for Stage One’s Bridge the Gap 2026–27 cohort. Katherine holds an LLB (Hons) and an MA in Immersive Arts from the University of Bristol.

Jiani Bai is a Tony® Award nominated producer and investor, Co-Founder of Silly Bears Productions. She is passionate about developing new work and building bridges between Broadway and international markets. With a background in finance and operations, her work increasingly focuses on executive producing and general management.Select credits include The Heart (upcoming), Suffs (Broadway and 1st National Tour, Tony Award for Best Book and Best Original Score, 6 Tony Award nominations), Paddington the Musical (London West End, Olivier Best Musical, 7 Olivier Awards), Redwood (Broadway, starring Idina Menzel), The Hills of California (Broadway, 7 Tony Award Nominations including Best Play), Wild About You (in development).Jiani is a proud graduate of CTI 12-Week Deep Dive Program in 2025 and is a member of The Broadway League. She earned her MS in Finance and MS in Business Enterprise from Fordham University. Originally from China, she currently resides in New York City.
